The rapid digitalization of the global knowledge economy has necessitated the transformation of traditional library and information services (LIS) into dynamic, inclusive, and tech-enabled ecosystems. This paper examines how digital innovations enhance access equity and knowledge dissemination. By analyzing recent scholarly contributions and integrating empirical data, it explores emerging models such as AIenabled catalogs, open access repositories, and rural digital outreach. The findings suggest that these transformations are pivotal to bridging information gaps and fostering inclusive development, particularly in underserved regions.
